Like many of us in this industry, I found my career in recruiting by accident. A chance meeting at a bachelor party turned into a career change a few weeks later.
I spent nine years at large recruiting agencies, where I not only ran my own desk but also hired, trained, and led a team of full-desk recruiters. I finally decided to launch my own search firm to bring a more focused, quality-driven approach to executive and specialized hiring.
I started in tech, partnering with VC-funded startups to place executives (CEOs, CTOs, CPOs, CMOs, CROs) as well as top-tier leaders and individual contributors across Engineering, Product, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and more. From the Bay Area to Seattle, LA to New York, and everywhere in between, I have helped tech startups build the teams that drive innovation.
Over the last few years, I’ve shifted my focus to manufacturing, helping companies fill critical roles in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, and Operations. That includes hiring for Plant Managers, HR Managers, Plant and Corporate Controllers, and VPs of Finance.
My approach has always been focused on quality over quantity - aggressively pursuing highly targeted, passive candidates to ensure our clients attract the best people to drive their businesses forward.
On a personal note:
My family and I live in Capistrano Beach, CA. My wife and I recently celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary, and our daughter just turned 1 year old! Our dog Taxi runs the show.
